All Summer Institutes must be canceled no later than 5PM, June 15 in order to receive a full refund minus the non-refundable registration fee.

If dropped after the deadline, 100% of the program fees will be non-refundable and the student will be held fully liable.

Payment Deadline for Non-UC Students in Summer Courses, Summer Online, and Summer Intensives

Non-UC students who enroll in Summer Courses, Summer Online, or Summer Institutes must pay all summer fees in full on BruinBill before 5PM, May 16 (PDT). Students may pay their balance using one of the payment methods below:

  • Online using a credit card, electronic check, or foreign currency
  • In person using a paper check, cash, or money order

Please take processing time into account to ensure your payment is successfully received before 5pm (PDT). Those who enroll after the payment deadline are expected to make full payment at the time of enrollment. Outstanding balances after the payment deadline may result in a drop and/or financial hold.
