UCLA Summer Sessions at Bruin Day for Transfers 2025

UCLA Summer Sessions will be at Bruin Day for Transfers on Saturday, May 10! Come visit our booth on Dickson Plaza between 10:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. to pick-up some swag and learn more about programs including Summer Pathways, a bridge program designed to advance your degree progress and career readiness all while easing your transition to campus life and building your Bruin community.

Join our info session at Bruin Day in Rolfe Hall, Room 1200 from 2:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.!

UCLA Summer Sessions at Bruin Day for First-Years 2025

UCLA Summer Sessions will be at Bruin Day for First-Years on Saturday, April 12! Come visit our booth on Dickson Plaza between 9:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and play our Bruin Day Passport game to win prizes (while supplies last). We will also be hosting a separate booth promoting our Summer Pathways program, a bridge program designed to give freshmen a head start on degree requirements while ensuring a smooth transition to the Fall Quarter.

Join our info sessions at Bruin Day in Dodd Hall, Room 147.

  • Session One: 10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
  • Session Two: 12:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m.
  • Session Three: 2:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Precollege Residential Assistant (PRA) Application 2025

UCLA undergraduate students can apply to be a Precollege Residential Assistant (PRA) and live in the dorms for Summer Session A6 – June 22 – August 2, 2025.

Gain supervisory and leadership skills during Residential Activities for high school students in SCIP!

Benefits:

·        FREE housing in one of UCLA’s Deluxe Residence Halls

·        FREE meals in the dining hall (2 meals/day)

·        $22 – $23 per hour at 19 hr/wk (can take a Session A6 course)

The Application will be available from March 1 – 14. All of the following documents are required:

BASE Application Opens

The Bruin Ascent Summer Experience (BASE) application opens February 15.

BASE is a six week online scholarship program for current 10th-11th grade California high school students from economically under-resourced communities. Selected students will enroll in one UCLA summer online course free of charge, be paired with a UCLA undergraduate student mentor, and participate in co-curricular workshops to prepare them for their future endeavors in higher education!
